[目的/意义]文章对现有研究中各影响因素的差异性进行研究和证实，为开展社交环境下的信息服务以 及信息规避行为领域的研究提供参考借鉴。［方法/过程］文章运用元分析方法，从30篇实证研究中，提取53个效 应值进行异质性检验、发表偏倚检验、整体效应检验和调节效应分析等相关分析。［结果/结论］心理因素和信息因 素中包含的8个影响因素与用户信息规避行为有相关关系，其中信息杂乱因素的相关性最强，情绪因素的相关性 最弱。同时，感知目标障碍受性别、隐私担忧、信息质量和学科差异的调节作用比较明显；隐私担忧受情绪的调节 作用比较明显。

[Purpose/significance] To examine and confirm the variability of the influencing factors in existing studies, and to provide reference for conducting research in the field of information services in social environments and informa? tion avoidance behaviour. [Method/process] Using meta- analysis methods, 53 effect values were extracted from 30 empirical studies for correlation analysis such as heterogeneity test, publication bias test, overall effect test and moder? ating effect analysis. [Result/conclusion] Eight influential factors included in the psychological and information fac? tors were correlated with users' information avoidance behaviour, with the strongest correlation for the information clut? ter factor and the weakest correlation for the emotional factor. Meanwhile, perceived goal impairment was more signifi? cantly moderated by gender, privacy concerns, information quality and disciplinary differences; privacy concerns were more significantly moderated by emotions.
