[目的/意义]文章旨在探究信息资源管理学科如何服务于国家战略，国家战略如何左右学科研究方向。 [方法/过程]文章对照比较了信息资源管理学科的九大类学术热点文本与四十个国家战略有关的政策文本，采用 了内容分析法的编码方法。[结果/结论]文章在学术研究与国家战略二者之间建立了映射关系，并从学科、事业、 机构、信息、用户五个维度梳理重点学术研究成果对国家战略的支撑和影响。

[Purpose/significance] The paper aims to explore how the discipline of information resource management serves the national strategy and how the national strategy determines the research fields of the discipline. [Method/pro? cess] The paper compares the nine academic hot topics of information resource management discipline with the policy texts related to 40 national strategies, and adopts the coding method of content analysis. [Result/conclusion] The pa? per establishes a mapping relationship between academic research and national strategy, and combs the support and im? pacts of key academic research achievements on national strategy from five dimensions, discipline, industries, institu? tion, information, and user.
