[目的/意义] 面向人民生命健康的数字化赋能对我国老年人正向体验数字生活极其重要，从示能性的视 角可以理解相关技术特征为老龄用户提供的行动可能性，指导健康App在老龄用户价值实现及主观幸福感提升 方面进行适老化设计。[方法/过程] 本研究从健康App的技术角度和老龄用户的认知角度提出四项适老化示能 性，并构建理论模型进行实证分析，探究健康App的适老化元素对老龄用户价值实现及主观幸福感的重要作用。 [结果/结论] 研究结果发现，健康App的适老化示能性与老龄用户的价值实现之间普遍具有正向关系，且老龄用户 的个人价值实现积极影响其主观幸福感。文章拓展了示能性理论在适老化设计中的应用，并从实践角度给出适 老化设计对于老龄用户价值实现及主观幸福感的行动路径。

[Purpose/significance] Digital empowerment concerning people’s life and health has an important role in older adults' value realization in their first experience of digital life. From the perspective of affordances, we can under? stand the action possibilities provided by technical features for elderly users, and guide the aging-friendly design of mHealth in terms of value realization and subjective well- being improvement for elderly users. [Method/process] From the technical perspectives of mHealth and the cognitive perspectives of elderly users, this study proposed four ag? ing-friendly affordances, constructed a structural equation model, and conducted an empirical analysis to explore the important role of mHealth’s aging-friendly elements in the realization of personal value and subjective well-being of elderly users. [Result/conclusion] The results showed that there were positive relationships between the mHealth’s ag? ing-friendly affordances and the elderly users’value realization, and the realization of elderly values had a positive im? pact on their subjective well-being. This paper expanded the application of the affordance theory in aging-friendly de? sign and proved the realization way of aging-friendly design for aging users’value realization and subjective well-be? ing from the perspective of practice.
