[目的/意义] 元宇宙场域下知识和信息形态的转变，为企业面向全面创新的知识管理带来新的视角，需分 析元宇宙视域下的企业全面创新知识管理应用场景及其逻辑与架构，为企业高效“聚识成智”与全面创新提供理 论支撑。[方法/过程]文章通过对元宇宙与知识管理相关研究进行总结，结合SECI模型对元宇宙视域下企业全面 创新知识管理的应用场景进行构想，以此为基础分析元宇宙视域下企业全面创新知识管理的逻辑本质，并分层剖 析其运行架构。[结果/结论]文章提出基于信息增益、具身认知构建的企业全面创新知识管理逻辑，从基础设施、 数据规则、功能应用等三个层面对其运行架构进行设计，并提出相应实施对策。

[Purpose/significance] Under the metaverse field, the transformation of knowledge and information forms brings a new perspective to enterprise knowledge management for total innovation. This process need to analyze appli? cation scenarios, logic and architecture of enterprises in innovation knowledge management from the perspective of metaverse. It can provide theoretical support for enterprises in aggregating knowledge into wisdom and total innovation. [Method/process] This paper summarizes the relevant research on metaverse, knowledge management and SECI mod? el to conceive application scenes of enterprise knowledge management. And on this basis, we analyze the logical nature and operational structure enterprise knowledge management for total innovation from the perspective of metaverse. [Re? sult/conclusion] This paper builds a logic of enterprises knowledge management for total innovation based on informa? tion gain and embodied cognition. We design enterprise knowledge management for total innovation operation architec? ture at three levels, including infrastructure, data rules, and functional applications. According these levels, we propose the corresponding implementation strategies.
