摘要

[目的/意义]跨机构科研合作除受外界因素影响外,更受机构自身内在因素的影响。文章旨在从机构自 身内在层面揭示影响跨机构科研合作的关键因素,以期深入挖掘跨机构科研合作的内在形成机理,为进一步推动 不同机构间的科研人员有序、高效、持续开展相关合作提供量化层面的参考意见。[方法/过程]融合采用决策树模 型、K均值聚类、文献计量、社会网络分析等方法,以2019—2021年在CSCD所收录的14本计算机科学与技术专业 领域中文期刊上发表过论文的558所高校机构为样本,基于多种来源的客观实证数据,从机构自身内在层面探究 了跨机构科研合作的影响因素,并分析了不同因素间的重要性差异。[结果/结论]研究发现,自身综合实力较强且 具备丰富研究资源的高校机构并不一定具有较高的跨机构科研合作水平和影响力,许多综合实力一般的高校机 构反而更易发生跨机构科研合作。同时在高校机构的诸多内在因素中,专业实力是影响跨机构科研合作的最为 重要因素,科技经费、专业培养层次和专业办学历史也可以在一定程度上对跨机构科研合作产生重要影响,科技 课题数量、高校办学层次和前期论文积累虽然可以对跨机构科研合作产生一定影响,但重要性相对较小;另外,成 果获奖数量、R&D人员数量和地理方位等因素与跨机构科研合作的关联性很弱,几乎可以忽略不计。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Cross-institutional scientific research cooperation is not only affected by external factors, but also by the internal factors of institutions themselves.This paper aims to reveal the key factors affecting cross-institutional scientific research cooperation from the internal level of institutions themselves, in order to deeply explore the internal formation mechanism of cross-institutional scientific research cooperation, and provide quantita? tive reference for further promoting the orderly, efficient and continuous cooperation among researchers in different in? stitutions. [Method/process] Methods such as decision tree model, k-means clustering, bibliometric, social network analysis are used in the integration.Taking 558 institutions of colleges and universities that have published papers in 14 Chinese journals in the field of computer science and technology included in CSCD from 2019 to 2021 as samples, based on objective empirical data from various sources, this paper explores the influencing factors of cross-institutional scientific research cooperation from the internal level of the institutions themselves, and analyzes the importance differ? ences between different factors. [Result/conclusion] It is found that institutions of colleges and universities with strong comprehensive strength and rich research resources do not necessarily have a higher level and influence of cross-insti? tutional scientific research cooperation, but many institutions of colleges and universities with general comprehensive strength are more likely to have cross-institutional scientific research cooperation.At the same time, among many inter? nal factors of institutions of colleges and universities,strength of major is the most important factor affecting cross-insti? tutional scientific research cooperation.Scientific and technological funding,training level of major,history of major es? tablishment can also have an important impact on cross-institutional scientific research cooperation to a certain extent, respectively.Although the number of scientific and technological projects, the level of school running in colleges and universities, and the accumulation of papers in the early stage can respectively have a certain impact on the cross-insti? tutional scientific research cooperation, their importance is relatively small. In addition, the number of results awards, the number of R&D personnel, and geographical location have a weak correlation with cross-institutional scientific re? search cooperation,which can be almost ignored.
