摘要

[目的/意义]在信息与通信技术迅速发展的数字化时代,数字断连现象正在不断涌现。文章旨在从动态视角探索数字断连行为的形成机理与过程演化,深化对技术与个体交互关系的理解,为优化用户体验并提升数字素养提供有益参考。[方法/过程]爬取豆瓣社区中与数字断连相关的5个讨论组共计1205条帖子及评论内容,同时结合21份基于访谈的一手数据,采用主题分析法构建框架模型,解析模型各要素间的关系以明晰数字断连行为的形成机理。[结果/结论]文章初步构建了用户数字断连行为形成机理与过程演化模型,动态呈现了“数字觉醒-技术驯化-数字冲突与矛盾-评估与调适”的整体逻辑。相应地,用户与技术间的互动关系呈现“技术驯化-技术妥协/技术抵抗-技术反思”的演化趋势,并析出短期缓解型、理性优化型、深度权衡型三条数字断连演化路径。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] In the digital age, with the rapid development of information and communication technology, the phenomenon of digital disconnection has been steadily emerging. This study endeavors to explore the mechanisms behind the formation and evolution of digital disconnection behavior from a dynamic perspective, thereby deepening the understanding of the interaction between technology and individuals. The findings aim to offer valuable insights for enhancing user experience and fostering digital literacy. [Method/process] We crawled 1205 posts and comments from five groups related to digital disconnection in the Douban community and combined them with the texts of 21 interviews, constructed a framework model using thematic analysis, and analyzed the relationship between various elements of the model in order to clarify the process mechanism. [Result/conclusion] In this study, we constructed a
model of the mechanism and process evolution of users’digital disconnection behavior, which dynamically represents the overall logic of“digital awakening - technology domestication-digital conflict and contradiction-evaluation and ad⁃justment”. Correspondingly, the interaction between users and technology shows an evolutionary trend of“technology domestication-technology compromise/technology resistance-technology reflection”. In addition, this study identified three evolutionary pathways of digital disconnection: the short-term relief model, the rational optimization model, and the deep trade-off model.
