[目的/意义]基于行为经济学的一系列理论,构建用户健康信息搜索机制的理论框架。[方法/过程]首先,回顾了现有信息搜索研究中的行为经济学理论及其对信息搜索研究的理论贡献。随后,明晰了用户健康信息搜索机制的四类要素:替代方案、结果、可能性和价值观,梳理出四类健康信息搜索研究维度:搜索或不搜索健康信息、构建健康信息搜索策略、选择健康信息(源)以及停止或继续搜索健康信息,并在此基础上构建了用户健康信息搜索机制的理论框架。[结果/结论]文章全面关注了健康信息搜索的不确定性和用户有限理性,从而构建了包括用户健康信息搜索启动和停止机制、用户健康信息搜索策略构建机制、用户健康信息(源)判断和选择机制三类子机制的研究框架。三类子机制分别明确了:第一,用户健康信息搜索行为本质是基于对搜索成本和收益的衡量;第二,随着认知负荷的上升,用户会构建启发式的搜索策略来简化健康信息搜索;第三,用户健康信息(源)的判断和选择往往会受到启发式和各类认知偏差的影响。
[Purpose/significance] Drawing on a series of theories from behavioral economics, we aim to construct a theoretical framework for user health information search mechanisms. [Method/process] Firstly, the behavioral eco⁃nomics theories in existing information search research are reviewed, along with their theoretical contributions to the field of information search research. Subsequently, four components of users' health information search mechanisms were identified: alternatives, outcomes, likelihoods and values. Based on these, four research dimensions of health infor⁃mation search were organized: search or not to search health information, formulating health information search strate⁃gies, selecting health information (sources), continue or stop searching health information. Furthermore, a theoretical framework for users' health information search mechanisms was constructed on this foundation. [Result/conclusion]This study comprehensively addresses the uncertainty in health information search and users' bounded rationality,thereby constructing a research framework that encompasses three subprocess mechanisms: the initiation and termina⁃tion mechanisms of users' health information search, the formation mechanisms of users' health information search
strategies, and the judgment and selection mechanisms of users' health information. These three subprocess mecha⁃nisms clarify the following points, respectively: firstly, users' health information search behaviour is inherently based on the weighing of search costs and benefits; secondly, as cognitive load increases, users develop heuristic search strate⁃gies to simplify health information search; and thirdly, users' judgments and selections of health information are ofteninfluenced by heuristics and various cognitive biases.
