[目的/意义]高校图书馆“闪借”是资源服务一体化建设的一种实现形式。通过实践案例探析高校图书馆“闪借”，可从中总结实现资源服务一体化的经验，对推进高校图书馆资源建设和服务增值具有重要意义和价值。[方法/过程]以资源服务一体化为研究视角，运用“5W1H”分析法，对中国人民大学图书馆“新书闪借”活动进行案例分析，拆解活动起因、内容、平台、环节、人员、推广方式以及成效、价值，从中得到关于高校图书馆资源服务一体化建设的相关启示。[结果/结论]中国人民大学图书馆“新书闪借”活动是高校图书馆资源服务一体化建设的典型代表，践行了读者决策采购的理念，促进了资源与服务对接融合。顺应未来发展趋势，高校图书馆需要加强资源服务一体化建设，建立健全制度标准，持续加大信息技术投入，加强多元主体协同，健全成效评价体系，建设功能完善的一体化综合服务平台，促进资源与服务有机融合、创新发展。

[Purpose/significance]“Quick borrowing”of university libraries is a form of the construction of resourceservice integration. By analyzing the“quick borrowing”of university books through practical cases, we can discover the experience of resource-service integration, which is of great significance and value for promoting the construction of university libraries’resources and adding value to services. [Method/process] From the perspective of resource-ser⁃vice integration, this paper uses the“5W1H”analysis method to analyze the case of the“quick borrowing of new books”of Renmin University of China Libraries, and disassembles the causes, contents, platforms, links, personnel,promotion methods, effectiveness and value of the activity, from which we can get relevant enlightenment on the con⁃
struction of resource-service integration of university libraries. [Result/conclusion] The“quick borrowing of new books”of Renmin University of China Libraries is a typical representative of resource-service integration of university libraries, practices the concept of patron-driven acquisition and promots the integration of resources and services. In re⁃sponse to future development trends, university libraries need to strengthen the construction of resource-service inte⁃gration, establish sound institutional standards, continuously increase investment in information technology, strengthen collaboration among multiple entities, improve the effective evaluation system, build a fully functional comprehensive service platform, and promote the organic integration and innovative development of resources and services.
