After background analysis of digital humanities repository，its conception and content is defined，its architecture model is constructed；the construction specification，technical architecture and implementation strategies and other issues are discussed . This paper argues that，digital humanities repository is the product of inevitable trend of public culture information service transformation from popular basic services to integrated，professional，interactive，accurate，intelligent services in intelligent society construction , It will lay the theoretical basis for National Digital Humanities Infrastructure Project of China .
