    In this paper, a hierarchical semantic knowledge aggregation service model for visual resources in the field of digital humanities is proposed. On the basis of interdepartmental collaborative resource collection, the knowledge representation and association of important resources are fine-grained expressed and related. According to the domain knowledge elements and the organization results, the semantic hierarchical aggregation and the guarantee strategy are carried out.

    This paper firstly analyzes the current research status of visual resources in digital humanities and frontier technologies in MVS(Mobile Visual Search), discusses ideas and methods of this paper, then explores the users’demands in the process of MVS for digital humanities and constructs its framework. The MVS model for digital humanities is based on domain knowledge of humanity, fully integrated with digital technology and comprehensive users’needs. The aim of this paper is to provide users with efficient MVS services oriented to digital humanities and broaden the view of the researches about digital visual resources.

    This paper starts with two aspects of image semantic feature extraction and fast retrieval, constructs an image semantic feature extraction model for digital humanities based on deep learning and hash method, and constructs a loss function applicable to the field of digital humanities. Then, Model training and MVS retrieval process experiment are carried out through digital human data set. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.

    This paper mainly explores the fundamental problems in discipline construction of social science informatics. Knowledge theory should become the theoretical core of social science informatics studies. Several subfields of knowledge theory related to social science are discussed in detail, including methodology of social science information analysis, transformation of tacit knowledge in social science, knowledge representation and organization of multimedia resources about social science, and knowledge behavior of social science researcher and social science knowledge service model.

    Focusing on CNKI as the data source, this paper adopts bibliometric method to analyze the distribution of publishing time, authors and journals for 1292 papers published during the period from 1996 to 2017 about information behavior research in China. Based on CitespaceV as a research tool, and using the keyword co-appearance network, keyword cluster analysis and burst detection, the development process, current status and trends of information behavior research in China are fully presented.

    Based on analysis of a total of 64 papers in the field of information behavior from ISIC 2016, ASIS&T 2016 and iConference2017 meeting, the paper made a comprehensive review on core content from 3 aspects: information behavior research in individual learning context, individual health context andconstitutional working context. Lastly, implications and suggestions were abstracted to make contributions to research progress and development of information behavior practice.

    Based on qualitative analysis and bibliometric methods, the paper compared computational social science, social computing, humanity computing and digital humanities from three perspectives including concept, research contents and application. This paper pointed out that the four concepts have great intersections, they all refer to the integration and application of Computer Science in all fields of Humanities and social sciences. However, there are many differences between them in terms of coverage, research emphasis and acceptance. Scholars should be more precise when using these terms.

    Through measure the novelty of academic achievement and its cited situation, the paper studied the novelty and influence from the different levels of the academic achievements. The results show that there is a significant correlation between the novelty of academic achievement and academic citations, and the cited life cycle in different levels of novelty is significantly different.

    Using the literature review method and network survey method, this paper surveys the innovative academic publishing services of American Kansas State University Library. This paper analyzes and summarizes the contents from the aspects of publishing idea, publishing mode, business plan, organization structure reorganization, librarian’s knowledge and skill and library publishing coalition. Research shows:(1)in multiple development prospects, the role of academic library begins to relocate;(2)speeding up the pace of academic library publishing practice;(3)seeking for the basis of promoting academic libraries publishing service;(4)the formulation and amendment of strategic planning and the stable and diversified financial support is the safeguard of academic publishing service sustainable development;(5) total process quality control from platform construction, research delivery to deliverables publication and long-term preservation;(6) Timely adjustment of organizational structure and working style.

    This paper constructs a information service model of productive service industry based on the analysis about characteristics and content of information requirements of productive service industry combined with the characteristic in big data, so as to provide specific measures to make rational use of the information for this industrial development.First,it summarizes the evolution of productive service industry and analyses the characteristic and content of information requirements combined with the big data features, then constructs the information service model of productive service industry, and compares the information service contents in different times from the six different perspectives based on 5W1H.Results show that the era of big data has promoted the production of new production factors, ways of thinking and technological means, it can realize the process of productive service industry in the era of big data through the specific information service mode, combined with the corresponding information requirement contents.

    The article first discusses the necessity of data literacy curriculum construction in E-science research environment, and points out that the library is the best subject to carry out data literacy curriculum. Secondly, based on the theory and practice of data literacy core competencies, the authors conclude the data literacy core competency framework based on data life cycle as the theoretical foundation for the content construction of data literacy curriculum in our country. At the same time, the authors research and analyze the 12 university libraries that carry out data literacy teaching and training in China and analyze the construction of data literacy from the perspective of teaching objects, teaching
    methods and teaching content. Finally, the authors give suggestions on how to build the content of data literacy course in our country in order to provide reference and reference for the development of the latter course.

    This paper analyzes the main contents of multivariate innovative reading promotion from six aspects. Many innovative reading promotion practices are introduced in this paper, such as study tour reading, stereoscopic reading, flip reading, and inter-generational reading. They are interpreted from three aspects: the outline of activities, the form of activities and the influence of activities. Finally, this paper puts forward the problems and countermeasures of multivariate innovative reading promotion.
